PICK UPWhether ordering online or by phone, you may pick up in the cafe during regular operating hours. Mon - Thurs, 11am - 10pm CST; Fri - Sat, 11am - midnight CST; Sun, noon - 10pm CST. Exceptions may include special holiday operating hours, in which case we notify customers via social media and cafe signage. LOCAL DELIVERY (Houston Metro Area only)
Delivery within the Houston Metro Area is available through a local messenger service. When placing an order, you must indicate a time range during which delivery should be made. Delivery will be made within a one-hour window before and after desired time given. Price is based on distance. Rates begin at $25.00. Please call for a quote to your location.
After hours and weekend charges: A $20.00 charge is added to ALL deliveries made weekdays after 5:00pm and on weekends.
Incorrect addresses: Our Messenger Service delivers Dessert Gallery packages to residential and business addresses Mon - Fri. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, Dessert Gallery will work with the courier service to redirect the package so your package is delivered in a timely manner. Dessert Gallery cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery if delivery address is incorrect. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect delivery address will be passed on to the customer.
Signatures required at time of delivery: The courier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbor if no one is available at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to Dessert Gallery and charges for additional delivery attempts will be passed along to the customer.
Liability: Dessert Gallery is not liable for misdirected and/or delayed packages if incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed. Dessert Gallery is not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not available to receive the package. Dessert Gallery is not responsible for damaged or delayed packages due to severe weather conditions, such as heat, cold, rain, etc. at the delivery point.
Refunds and exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us within two business days of the delivery date to discuss. We will make every effort to correct any issues on our part through replacement of a product or refund. Products that are returned as a result of delivery exceptions are non-refundable.
